Scope Drafting and Design is commited to providing you with all the tools to Owner Build your New home, Extension or addition. The first step is to ensure you have a comprehensive set of plans that will give you the result you want.
Here is how we do that:
First Meeting – At the first meeting we will discuss what you want from the design process, what the end result should be and how we can combine your ideas with our experience and end up with exactly what you want.
Concept Drawings – After meeting with you and discussing your needs and desired result we will present a Concept Drawings which will contain a basic floor plan and elevations to make sure we are on the right track, making changes as necessary. Once you are happy with the concept we will proceed to full working drawings
Full Working Drawings – This set of drawings include all the details to ensure a trouble free council approval and building process. It contains at the minimum a Floor Plan, Site Plan, Elevations and Details as necessary. It can also contain 3D Elevations, 3D Walk throughs, Internal Kitchen and Wet Area Layouts if requested.
Liase with Consultants – As part of our process we willl liase with Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Land Surveyors and Estimators to ensure you have all the information required quickly and easily.
The help that Scope Drafting and Design can offer you does not end when we hand over the plans. Scope Drafting nad Design will be available through-out your build to offer advise and answer questions as required.
